It's okay to take your time exploring what resonates, and to ask questions along the way. It's a process, and it’s completely valid to try things out and see what fits best for you.
Therapists often tailor their approach to your specific needs, bringing together different building blocks from various therapeutic modalities - to create an approach that best suits you.
